Sumeyye Elif Biber is a LLM candidate in public law at Koç University. She holds a LLB from Fatih University Law School. She conducted an ERASMUS Internship in London. She worked as an intern at Constitutional Court of Republic of Türkiye. She participated International Summer School of German Language and Culture at Heidelberg University. Her research interests are constitutional law, interpretation of fundamental rights and freedoms in constitutional adjudication, international human rights law, and European Court of Human Rights and its jurisprudence. She is currently serving as a researcher for TUBITAK 1001 project titled “The Impact of the Right to Individual Petition on Constitutional Interpretation, Interpretation of International Law and the Turkish Judicial System: A Comparative Analysis of the Judicial Patterns of the Turkish Constitutional Court Case-Law between 2012-2017”.
