The debate will be between Richard Bellamy of the European University Institute, and Mattias Kumm of the WZB Rule of Law Center, Berlin and NYU Law School.
The event will be moderated by the Director of the Center for Global Public Law, Dr Başak Çalı.
Bellamy and Kumm will debate whether there is global public law and if so, in what form.
The CGPL Colloquium starts at 2pm on 30th April 2015
